Terms of Business

Effective from: 1 june 2025

These Terms of Business govern all services provided by Froovack Career Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By accessing our services or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Froovack Career Lab is a UK-based business delivering online coaching and hiring services to clients globally.

2. Services

We offer career coaching, workforce transition support, employer partnership programs, and related services, primarily delivered via video conferencing platforms and digital resources.

3. Booking and Payment
  • Individual clients must pay in full before sessions are confirmed.
  • For company clients, if no other terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Payments are processed in GBP unless otherwise agreed.
  • We are not VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged.
  • No GST applies, as services are delivered from the UK.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

For Individual Clients:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
  • Coaching program fees are non-refundable once the first session has been completed, unless required under applicable consumer law
  • If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to remedies if the services are not delivered with due care, skill, or are not fit for purpose

For Company Clients:

  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Partnership Agreement. If no written agreement is in place, booked services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced and may not be rescheduled without written consent.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate actively in coaching sessions, and understand that the success of the process depends on your engagement and follow-through.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and resources shared during our work together are the intellectual property of Froovack Career Lab. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with:

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
  • The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), where applicable

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver services with care and professionalism. However, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
