Flow Tier: Four Hires (6 Months)
A six-month partnership for four hires. Best for teams hiring regularly and looking for deeper collaboration. Includes shared visibility, consistent delivery, and the option to co-brand program materials.

Supporter is suited to roles across the renewable energy project lifecycle - including development, planning, operations, and delivery - where adaptable thinking and transferable skills make a difference. If you're unsure, we're happy to assess fit with you.
We generally recommend a four-week window to complete the full process - including role scoping, sourcing, assessment, shortlisting, coaching, and (if needed) onboarding support. This gives most candidates the preparation they need to be aligned and job-ready from day one.
The process is flexible - some candidates may move through it faster depending on their background and the role. We tailor the support based on what’s actually needed.
Where candidates are serving a notice period, much of the program can run in parallel - helping you maximise that time and avoid onboarding delays.
For urgent roles, we can fast-track depending on candidate readiness.
Each shortlist includes 2–3 candidates, with:
- Career summary
- Transferable strengths and development areas
- Role alignment
- Personalised transition plan, including an estimated timeframe for readiness
We’ll let you know how long we expect each candidate to need before they’re ready to start, based on their profile and the role. We also brief candidates on your organisation and can arrange informal meet-and-greets before you commit.

It’s flexible. Some partners prefer regular check-ins, others take a lighter approach. We’ll adapt to your capacity and style.
Every hire includes three months of retention cover. If something isn’t working, we’ll step in to troubleshoot and provide practical support - whether that means additional coaching, role adjustment, or identifying a new match.The goal is to ensure long-term fit, not just short-term placement.
